This version of Fracture-10 is always capable of making 90 degree moves. However, so much material was removed from the shape to allow this movement that the puzzle barely remains able to hold together. The pieces easily misalign while attempting to make turns, so a tool had to be developed in order to hold the pieces in place while turning. This makes the puzzle usable to some degree.
