This variant was made by turning both layers of Square-1 into the shape of the decepticons logo(kinda...), gluing one big piece with one small in each layer and cutting and extending pieces so that puzzle is cubic again. Filling gaps and extending pieces have been done with milliput black and then everything has been painted black. It is solved by shape only and therefore has multiple solutions, but is still extremly challenging.
