A Halpern-Meier-Tetrahedron (aka Jings Pyraminx) without edges.
Rob's Pyraminx was suggested at Rob Stegmann's puzzle website. When analyzing all twisty puzzles with a tetrahedral geometry, Rob found an edge-less tetrahedral design that has not yet been implemented.
Here it is. It has a Skewb mechanism inside, so the puzzle is a shape mod of the Skewb.
It could be considered as corners-only skewb too.
It has a mere 324 permutations.
It can be solved with only 4 moves.
Edge length: 102 mm
Weight: 86 grams
First it was a puzzle only through 3D-printing. In the year of its invention Uwe Meffert started mass producing it under the name "Pyraminx Duo" available with black and with white body.
Edge length: 97 mm
Weight: 81 grams
