This could be viewed as bandaged Ten billion barrel.
Two of the black rods are extended to reach further into the puzzle. In the images these can be seen in the columns of the red and the yellow marbles. The rods are extended in opposite direction.

Marcel Gillen conceived the idea. Luc de Smet built it and presented it as exchange puzzle during IPP 16 in Luxemburg 1996.
