This mass produced 7x7x7 was bandaged in a fashion very similar to the AI Cube. The middle slice is completely unbandaged.

The reasoning of the puzzles name is this:
If all 'big' elements of the cube are located on the bottom half, then the bottom edge of the cube will have 3 elements: 1 big element, followed by 1 small element (these numbers give "1+" part of the name) and another big element and on the top edge there will be 7 elements (all small elements).
