A bandaged 5x5x5 which pattern looks like a strange 3x3x5
By the time of this invention there was only one way to make a 3x3x5: Building it by yourself either completely by hand or by bandaging 5x5x5. For the second method there are two possible bandaging schemes which can both be found in the museum.
This third variant mixes both cut patterns.
It must be said that all three bandaging scheme are no perfect emulation since they still allow movements impossible on a geometrically perfectly working 3x3x5.
Tony Fisher already made this variant in 1997 after a request of Norman Diamond.
It was part of a series of seven bandaged 5x5x5s Mr Diamond requested.
The image shown here steems from a later remake not by Tony Fisher.
