The core consists of 2 parts.

The inventors first prototype was started without a computer model but with the cardboard model in image 1. It did work but was so horrible he wouldnt show it to anyone. Two prototypes later this is the third attempt which is not perfect but fully functional.
Building this third attempt took about 5 months. Then another 3 full days of painting with nail polish.

In 2019 a mass produced (also named as Gigatuttminx) version hit the market. Image 5 compares it with a newer version of the Tuttminx.
