The core consists of 2 parts.

The inventors first prototype was started without a computer model. It did work but was so horrible I wouldnt show it to anyone. Two prototypes later this is the third attempt which is not perfect but fully functional.
Building this third attempt took about 5 months. Then another 3 full days of painting with nail polish.
