At first this looks like lame promo variant of a known puzzle. On the second look it prooves to be highly unusual.
All other known Roundies have circular shapes but this is hexagonal.
All other known Roundies have two pieces per wing but this has three.

Images 2-3 were made from a different sample which the contributor obtained in 1995.
Images 4-6 show another sample which shows the year in embossed letters. That year is used as upper bound in this entry.
