Solvingwise this puzzle is equivalent to a dodecahedral Dino or Jürgen Brandts "Face turning icosahedron".

The images shown here steem from a sample remade by Claus Wenicker in 2013. The original never got stickered.
In 2018 Sam Jiang presented the black version (image 5) as he didn't know the earlier version. Days later Jason Gavril presented a stickerless version, named "Cinco Star", see image 6.
