A 3x3x3 which implements another concept of contraining the movements.
The effect is similar to the constrained cube but the restrictions are variable.

When you turn the cube, the center piece do not move. This makes a "limitation" to the turns and gave the puzzle its name. Sometimes you can only turn 90' clockwise, sometimes freely, sometimes never. Image 5 shows a state where U' and U2 are possible but U is blocked.
Center piece, center cap and core are combined to one since the center piece never actually turns.
The design does not need screws.
There are 6 identical centers and 12 identical edges. Each edge has one half which allows all turns and one which does not.
