This puzzle was inspired by the "Circled Cube". On this original the truncation was applied on one dimension. For the new puzzle the creator applied the truncation scheme to all three dimensions.
Despite the predecessor this puzzle was completely 3D-printed.
"Tannenzapfen" is the german word for fir cone.
