A 3x3x3 truncated like a Milloctahedron. In addition to the new shape this puzzles has two options to become bandaged.

At first this is a shape variant of a 3x3x3. The shape is a Shifted Cuboctahedron presented by the same designer in 2012 which is almost identical to the Milloctahedron.
This puzzle has two slots, in which removable pieces can be inserted. Inserting a piece results in blocking the side adjacent to the piece. That means the blocked side can be turned with the side which contains the peg.
There are two holes for two pegs which are included in the puzzle.
The internal mechanism had to be altered to allow this.
