As the name suggest this puzzle was inspired by Aleh's Brillicube which is a variant of the 3x3x3.
The Brillicube Revenge is a variant of Rubiks Revenge, a 4x4x4. The corners and edges seem to be extended to hide the face pieces of the original puzzle.
