TARDIS is an acronym for "Time And Relative Dimensions In Space".
It resembles the famous Dr. Who Tardis, which is based on the British Police Box designed by Mackenzie Trench. It functions like a 2x2x4. Pieces were designed and glued onto a mass produced Rubik's Tower 2x2x4 (Size: 44 x 44 x 88 mm). The parts were bought via shapeways in WSF - White solid flexible and dyed using Royal Blue RIT dye.
