The puzzle's original is "Игрушка Головоломка Мельница", transliterated "Igrushka Golovolomka Melnitsa" translated "brainteaser toy mill".
This is the second of at least two 3x3x3-variants which were produced in Aksai Rostov region during the 1980s in the former Soviet Union. These two variants were all produced by exchanging pieces of a standard 3x3x3 with pieces which could be used for the Diamond Cube.
There were at least two versions with differently coloured stickers. Both versions have in common that only three different colours are used.
The logo is identical to the soviet 3x3x3 which was produced in PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "HIMPRODUKT" - Aksai Rostov region
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical.
