A Masterball in shape of an octahedron.
The Masterball is rarely used as base puzzle for a shape variant. In this case extensions for the Masterball's pieces were designed and printed to give the puzzle the shape of an octahedron. The design was made by Mark Segedin by request of Claus Wenicker who also supplied the images.
After the hexahedral, dodecahedral and icosahedral variants this is the fourth platonic shape a masterball was transformed into.
