48 Cube (magnets)

A hybrid puzzle which fuses the axis systems of a Little Chop with a 2x2x2. It is therefore a double-deepcut puzzle.

The outer appearance of this puzzle is identical to the Dino Chop Cube which includes the abilities of the Dino Cube together with the twists of this puzzle. The invisible shape of the parts prevent them to allow these moves in this case. It therefore allows the moves of a 2x2x2 and a Little Chop.
Like the Little Chop it allows jumbling moves.
This puzzle allows another set of moves beyond it components: After a faceturn of 45° a twist known from the Little Chop is possible.
The first working sample was designed, build, presented (but not stickered and therefore unfinished) by Mike Armbrust. The images seen here steam from a sample made by Vladimir Yaroslavskiy with pieces held by magnets to a steelball.
