A 3x3x3 with tilted axis system.

This is one of the first transformations of the 3x3x3 where the hexahedral shape is preserved but the axis system is reoriented inside the shape. The puzzle has some similarities to the Windmill cube. Both transformations have cuts going through edges of the solid. In fact there is a different way to explain this puzzle: One can just transform a Fisher Cube into a windmill cube.
A similar shape transformation is the Lozenge prism.

Edge length: 77 mm
