A 3x3x3 with three of non adjacent pieces connected by a bar.

This puzzle implements a new type of bandaging. Usually bandaging means to fuse two or more adjacent pieces into one. Here pairs of non-adjacent pieces are connected with a bar between them. The bar is dimensioned to allow slices perpendicular under them but it is not possible to move the bar connecting the edges under the bars connecting the corners.
In January 2014 Oskar van Deventer designed "Invisible Handlebar Cube" based on his "Tunnel Cube" which allows the move blocked here.
