Three Plus-variants of the Crazy 2x2x2.

Shortly after the Crazy 3x3x3 went into mass production the Plus-variants followed. The difference is that in the Plus-variants some circles turn with the surrounding layer and the other do not.
The Crazy 2x2x2 Plus applies the same principle to the Crazy 2x2x2. Not counting the standard variant (or 111 in this systematic) there are just three variants.
