This puzzle combines two concept which were first implemented on a 3x3x3: The Circle cube and the Latch Cube. As with all circle puzzles each turn affects only the pieces outside the circle and the pieces of adjacent sides. As with the Latch Cube turns are only possible if there are no latches on the affected side or all latches point in the same direction. Links
