The domino cube is built entirely out of LEGO technic, but sadly is not functional as the edges and corners are too loose and can fall out or lock up on the internal spindle mechanism.

The 3x3 side of the puzzle does turn flawlessly as the only interacting element is a turntable. The 2x3 side however does not turn well. The edge pieces on the middle layer are pushed out and block the paths of the top layer cubies, the corners fall out easily, and the top layer edges struggle to mesh with the spindle mechanism without locking up.
The original price of $200 is the approximate amount paid for mostly used parts.
