This puzzle is equivalent to the Radiolarian 8, aka Radio Jam. In this shape it is a corner turning dodecahedron.
The designer is calling it the radio bridge because the cut pattern on the faces reminds him of a suspension bridge, a favorithe thing of his son.
It has the two types of jumbling present on radiolarians 4.5 through 9. See images 4-5.
According to the designer Ruben Dario Velez has implemented this puzzle before but didn't publish it.
