This is a straightforward sticker variant of the Mercedes Tetrahedron, also known as Coin Tetrahedron. It turns the mass produced variant into a Super puzzle. All pieces are distinguishable and have visible orientation although the latter is meaningless in a Dino Cube puzzle for the segments. Links
