This is one of those shape transformations that combines two different concepts. It transforms the 4x4x4 into a Ghost puzzle. Please refer to the Ghost Cube for the original concept. It also gives the puzzle the shape of an icosahedron.
As is usual with Ghost puzzles, it is covered with stickers of just one colour.
