The first versions of Rubik's Domino (aka: 2x3x3) were produced during the original cube craze from Politechnika (later: Politoys). Similar to the original blue packages of the 3x3x3 there were several different packages. This entry is about the black packages, all made from cardboard.
Images 1-4 show the relative common hungarian version.
Images 5-8 show another hungarian version. It uses different colours and the flaps fold differently: It has only two flaps (like the blue boxes) instead of two. See image 8 for a comparison.
Images 9-11 show a french version.
