I'd like to present the finished and stickered Bubbloid123 puzzle.
The puzzle weighs in at 158 grams.
The edge lengths are:
18*(1+3*(1+sqr(2))/2) ≈ 83.18mm
18*(0.5+3*(1+sqr(2))/2) ≈ 74.18mm
27*(1+sqr(2)) ≈ 65.18mm
So the outer most edge pieces are 9mm wide.
In this thread I presented some pictures before the puzzle was completed.

Hey Carl it's a beauty! Did you seal the surface with a lacquer or nail polish? It looks quite good.
Of all of your Bubbloid puzzles, I think this one would be the most fun for me to solve.

Thanks. Yes... the surface of this puzzle was sealed with a heavy coat of nail polish. Its a trick I learned from Oskar and it helps the stickers adhere much better on un-tumbled puzzles. This one in the photos was NOT tumbled by you. I still need to sticker those. I don't think the nail polish is needed on a tumbled puzzle. The stickers will adhere much better simply due to the much flatter surface.
After the coat of nail polish dried and before I apply stickers I use a nail buffer block that I commandeered from my wife to buff all the surfaces and edges. This step isn't really necessary but it really makes the edges nice and smooth and reflective. Its that effect that I suspect made you notice the nail polish.
Carl
