These are fantastic as always.
I cant wait to see the 13 layer versions!
I also was struck by an idea while looking at your "Five Circles" puzzle.
It would be interesting to proportion the puzzle so once turned, the inner grooves line up with the outer grooves, allowing for further mixing.
With five circles the puzzle size might become too large, but with four, it seems to fall into a decent proportion. 3 circles don't seem to line up.
ps. I am not sure if you have said before, but what model of printer do you use for these?

Hi,
I lot of work for me you have here.
You made the two 10x10x10s with extensions on mass produced puzzles, didn't you?
What about the Curvy FTO? I assume you designed it from scratch.
I comment the five circles last because Hand's idea crossed my mind too. But he llustrated it better.
It would give it features like the Orb-It.

Can I request a video of the Five Circles puzzle turning? From the pictures it looks like the white ring turns at a different rare the central orange star. Are there gears in this puzzle? Is that white ring free to turn by itself?
Carl

Oh my!
How do you manage to make so many in one go?
Do you have elves to help you or something?
Amazing!

Sorry for the late replies. I was a couple of days without internet connections
Hand, I used the HP Dimension SST 1200es. All 3 axis with 0.254 inch resolutions.
Andreas, both Curvy were built with extensions for a Rex Cube. I know you built the RD based on a FTO?
Your ideas with the 5 circles are great. I will start this project in 2015.
Carl, the outer und inner rings are free turnable. You have three different layers.
