I owned my first Rubik's Cube when they came out, they were big when I was in middle school. We all had the cube, the missing link, pyraminx, and I was the only person I knew with a magic octagon.
I learned to solve the cube in 1998 with The Ideal Solution, and recently became a collector. I am averaging about 2 mins 25 secs right now, trying to shave that down a bit.
